In the interest of an informative thread on the BD, let me make a couple of guesses here.

I'm guessing the BD has no WOT capabilities at this time and that the BD's performance is on par with what is to be expected from a tuner without WOT capability.

I'm guessing that the folks at BD are working on giving us WOT and hopefully they can do just that before the official release.

Take it for what you will, those are my best guesses and I am generally a very good guesser.
