If I am not mistaken, the only tuning you did with your Uprev was to remove some limitations put in by the ECU, like WOT, Top Speed, Rev Limiter. I considered Uprev as an option recently, but decided if I want to go balls to the wall fast, I will do it in my car. Not having the top speed/rev limiter removed did affect my ability to dyno to its maximum though, kept pegging it out in 3rd gear. I am satisfied though. I bet your truck would love the dyno now. Would be nice if Uprev and Stillen had some partnership going, and the need for the extra 8 injectors and piggyback were gone, but business is business, and hopefully all us enthusiasts benefit from the competetion in the long run.
I will send data logs to Uprev to see what they can do.

The first time was to make sure they could remove the speed limiter. We'll see what comes next.
