Helium won't make a difference, it will not lighten the tire until there is enough Helium in the tire to start to overcome the weight of the tire, which is WAY more then 30 or 40 PSI. It will not make enough difference, it will be like taking the spare change out of your truck. Plus with Helium being a much smaller molecule I am pretty sure you would need a very good seal as it is easier for it to leak out.
