Downside to the condo status is its a detached garage, and no way to get cable in there. But, if I see a small cheap TV with a built in DVD player on craigslist I'm gonna be all over it!
Its kinda already is a doghouse! I repurposed several baby gates so I can have the garage open and my dog in there with me when the wifey needs quiet time to do work in her office (my previous man space before being relegated to the garage) so he dosnt bolt at the first sign of another dog. He's got his eye on my neighbors pitbull. He like his women big(he's a jack russell). Its also a great place to view the scenery. My garage is situated directly across from the community pool
