Hey Dead. I'm in RI and the state inspection will bounce your reg' if the front windows have any % of film on them. Window tint can be anywhere else on the vehicle EXCEPT the front, unless it comes through the factory that way. Hence my question about aftermarket tinted windows.
Your rig might as well have a blue light mounted on those racks, cause that's all you would see in you rearview in RI! LOL....They will pull you over to check the tint on the front just to bust balls up here
