If I'm not mistaken, these trucks have a Dana axle. If it is a Dana 60 or 44 there are a multitude of gears and posi units for it, providing the splines and axle diameters are the same. I guess that E-locker would also work.
Wow, that sucks that you (we) can't turn that off.
