Had my Hijacker 5th wheel hitch installed on my Titan King Cab Le 4x4 and did not have to remove the Utilitrc from the bed. The only thing I took out were the rubber inserts as they were higher than the bed. They used the same brackets from the installation kit for the 04 F150, and simply welded on an extra 2" portion for the front brackets. They used a special wire that threads onto the bolts to fish them through the convenient large holes in the side of the box frame on the Titan. My hitch is solid just like the truck!
Oh yeah, I just slid the rubber inserts into the Utilitrac rails on the side of the bed!
