I did it on my Blazer by cutting about 5 holes in the bottom of the airbox using a drill press. The butt dyno couldn't tell a difference, but it might have added a tad more power. Of course, the blazer had a lousy mass air flow sensor and a bad intake through the gap between the head lights and turn signals. You might achieve better results with the Titan. The good thing about doing this mod is if you lose power, you can simply take some aluminum duct tape and seal off the holes.
