Jack the back of the truck up from the frame not the rear end and let it sit for two days like that. That should cure the problem. If not try heating up the leafsprings with a torch, Still while the truck is jacked up that should re-arch your leafs.LOL. I would be surprised if the shackles didn't tear at the welds.
