He had a long running automotive column and wrote a few books. You can find it at
www.amazon.com I have read where he was quoted by some pretty prominent mechanics/car experts. In addition to "Drive it Forever" he had another famous book on break-in, something like "Break It In Right" or something like that. If you search for him as author at amazon.com I think you will find these books. The main point of "Drive It Forever" was to change all the fluids & filters frequently.
