Step 1 - determine max current draw (amps) for your power window circuit and review wiring diagram for the kit. Perhaps you need two power sources? (one low amp for relays and one high amp power for drive motors). If you can post the wiring diagram for the kit, people can advise you better.

Step 2 - determine whether you want/need power to the windows with the key off.
