I was curious how many other Titan owners have experienced failures on their Titan
My Titan is an 05LE and I've had it about 2 years now. Recently within the last year I've had a nice list of parts fail.
Here is my List:
1-Rear passenger window trim- Blew off on the highway
2-Brakes 4 times- First two times for the shudder problem, 3rd set only lasted 10,000 miles, currently on 4th set.
3-Drive shaft- Leaking joints, had to replace the entire driveshaft.
4-Transfer Case- Wouldn’t engage 4WD, just made a ticking sound
5-Right Lower Control Arm- Bolts seized and would pop real loud when turning or going over bumps, they had to cut it out and replace the whole arm.
6-Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold- Cracked, made my truck sound like a VW bug along with loss in power.
7-Drivers Window Regulator- Stopped working, new regulator put in but it's starting to do the same thing again.
8-Sunroof like to open and close when it feels like it.
There is some other stuff but I can't remember off the top of my head.
I really like this truck but if this keeps up I will be forced to get rid of it.
