General Question - low speed accident

So I got rear-ended today pretty low speed, he locked up his brakes and I got as close as I could to the car in front of me with out hitting them.

He got my receiver hitch indented on his truck. My truck barely shows any signs of something happened except for the wiring connector for the hitch is bent. That doesnt seem like a big deal.

What I am concerned about is any potential problem with the frame. I have his insurance information drivers license all that jazz but I need to know which solution to use.

Solution 1 -
Call his insurance company and start the paperwork going?

Solution 2 -
Work with him to have him pay for someone to inspect my frame and ensure no damage happened.

So Im wondering what you would do. First accident Ive had and it was pretty timid.

Also - Who would I want to call for an estimate to "inspect" my frame. I guess Nissan right? If I go with solution 2 I want to call ahead and find out how much so he pays for it, if he doesnt agree then of course the only solution is 1.

Thanks for your help in advance!
