Re: Showing Carlos Ghosn How We Really Feel

Yeah, I already know what you guys are saying and do realize this may never come about for a variety of reasons. This is something I typically don't do.

Why would I consider doing something like this? The primary reason is like any other Titan owner who participates in meets. A national meet would be a great event, a farewell event for a vehicle that we are all so passionate about. Maybe Mississippi wouldn't be the place to do this, but Canton Tennessee would be a better choice.

I see the threads criticizing the new Titan, threads about people complaining about Nissan's lack of action to design issues, and the threads where in spite of their criticismm they are upgrading their Titan to a new model year. This kind of loyalty is what make classic cars classics and manufacturers who strive not to loose their base with new designs. This thread is to have those put their money where their mouth is and get their voices heard. Otherwise, all those types of threads are really pointless.

To the naysayers, you don't think that 5000+ Titan owners that embark on the corporate headquarters would make some future impact? Do I realistically think that that kind of participation could be obtained? A simple yes would get us there fast.

Personally, I can get over it- no problem. Is such an event going to happen? No, probably not- too many excuses. If people were truely interested in a farewell meet while creating a public affairs embarrassment, you can't help but think it wouldn't bring a smile to everyones face while enjoying the camaraderie in a well organized, bittersweet event.
