Re: 2004 titan 38,000 Rear exhaust manifold craked!

Hi
Ok for starters I'm a woman so I realize they see me coming.....
I took my truck in today, I live on an Island so its a pain to go to the dealseship off the Island. So I had my laundry list.
E brake still doesn't hold truck, had it worked on before didn't help.
My transmission gage has been hitting high off and on while towing small horse trailer 4,500 max weight having this problem since 2006 and engine smells hot after towing for 4 miles, have had truck in several times they keep telling me its fine gear down.
I have a ticking sound when I get on the gas, you can only hear it if the window is open, other half says he can't hear it....
oh and while on my way home from canada last week my brakes started acting up , violent shuttering when braking coming down mountain pass, not a good feeling!
So yes I have had the brakes replace due to recall, the new brakes have been on for I think 10,000 miles.
So after spending 4 hours at the dealership and a day away from work and the gas to get their. The verdict is....
Brakes are bad again.......... they are going to cover the replacement again but say next time its on my dime............
They found a leak in a hose for the tramsmission cooler. I'm hoping this will stop the transmission from overheating, not confident I have seen the last of the transmission problem.
They tightened the E brake as much as possible, seems to be holding now.
And the highlight of my day.... they say my rear exhaust manifold is cracked thus the ticking sound. Oh and they say its not covered because I'm at 38,000 miles. I'm fixing to raise hell about it, I can't remember how long the ticking has been happening I think last fall??, maybe longer I dont normally drive with my windows down in the winter. I'm really frustrated because nothing has been an easy fix. I have had to make multiple trips and a 1/2 a dozen calls and everytime they just said well honey if you don't have a check engine light on everything if fine! Fine my a_ _ now they think I'm going to cough up $900.00 to fix the cracked manifold. Why would the exhaust manifold be cracked on a truck that 3 1/2 years old???
I will also be talking to someone higher up about the crappy brakes they are using as the upgrade from the crappy recalled brakes. If anyone has an advise I'd love to hear it.
Thank you
