Yes, the standard tire that come with the 18" wheels is a P265/70R18 Wrangler SR-A with an outside diameter of 32.6". The OR package comes with BFG P285/70R17 Rugged Trail with an outside diameter of 33.0". So you have a OD difference of .4".

Now the XE comes with P245/75R17. I don't know the brand of tire so I can't give you an exact OD, but the conversion comes out to 31.5"
