Go with the Lemon Law and just get a new Titan - you don't need a lawyer to file the paperwork either. You don't want to keep going back to the dealer because what they'll do is fix it with "brute force". What I mean is that they may fix it, but it could be temporary (caulk, glue, etc). So, you think it's all fixed, then a year down the line, or worse - when it's out of waranty, it pops up again. Strike while the iron is hot and get rid of that "lemon"
