The headlights are relatively easy to take out. First remove the grill (Long Flat Head Screwdriver Needed), Remove the 9mm screws on the top and front of the light and the 9mm and 10mm screws from the bottom of the light. You can get to these from under the truck just in front of the wheel liner. I am not sure if you will have the depth or the amount of flat surface to mount the strobes in that area of the light.
