08 Titan drives like paint shaker *Updated in first post*

I have an 08 SE 4X4 lwb with less than 1000 miles on it that is the most annoying truck I have driven. This thing feels like it is having a seizure when you hit any little bump and shakes just cruising down the freeway. Tires have been rebalanced twice and I tried a different set of wheels on my own. I am seriously considering taking a huge loss and trading this thing in as there is no way I am going to deal with this truck on a daily basis. I have searched and found many other people with the same problem and no real solution. It feels more like a suspension issue than a tire issue. Any suggestions?

1/11 Had the tires Road Force balanced this morning. Two were just slightly out of balance, but no problems with the tires or wheels. On the freeway it feels like the truck is shaking up and down like the road is not flat. Coming home from work the shaking seemed to reduce a lot when going from a concrete section to a newer section of asphalt. It is not a consistent, even shake the whole time.

At about 50mph or less on the street I noticed the truck really quivers when the rear tires hit a bump. It does the same thing when the rear hits a speed bump going fast. I am pretty convinced at this point that it is a suspension/shock/frame issue. None of the research I did had any type of suspension solution.

Has anyone noticed a big difference in ride when changing shocks?
