I'm sitting at about 9 inches right now on 35's and I rub at full turn at times. Of course the offset of my wheels are the main culprit. You're looking at least 10" to fit 37's.

They have quite a few options for lifting the Titan. Don't forget you can always add the 3" BL to increase your height.
