Does this deal look reasonable compared to what others are seeing around the country? They've already turned down an earlier OTD offer I made on the truck (which also included an extended warranty).
It's obvious (at least around here) that these trucks aren't moving as well as expected. The Nissan lots are full of Titans, with more arriving daily. Based on some of the prices I've seen others get, this offer doesn't look all that bad.

Pot Hole,
I quickly priced your truck on CarsDirect.com using a Moorseville zip code to isolate the pricing for your region. Based on the options you mentioned and not including TTL, they show MSRP=$32,650; Invoice=$30,975; CarsDirect price (includes $1000 rebate)=$32,650. If their offer to you of $30,980 includes the $1000 rebate, then they are still making as much as $1005 on the deal if the invoice price is right on. Many on this forum, including myself, have gotten dealers to accept offers that made them far less profit. If their offer doesn't include the rebate, then it sounds like a decent deal. I also noticed that the CarsDirect price is very high for your area which may indicate that there is not much dealer competition in that area. Priced the same truck for a Southern California zip code (lots of competition here) and only the Carsdirect price changed (down to $30,024). Hmmm... I hope this info helps and we hope to hear from you in the future as a happy Titan owner.
