After work we had to call a towtruck for his DURANGO as he smoked his transmission. He was not happy at all but may get warranty coverage if he doesn't admit what he was doing at the time it died.

sounds like he had a traction problem. Anyone that tries to pull out a stuck forklift with a brand new truck needs to be examined for fitness.
