The reason they have you do that is that as salespeople, we are graded by those surveys. If you mark the best box, it's 100, if you mark any other box it's a 0. It's REALLY stupid. I.E., I get a $300 bonus every month if my CSI (customer satisfaction Index) is above district average. If it's below I get a $150 fine. A lot of people don't believe that, but it's the truth. Also, salespeople get graded on the whole thing, not just the sales section. It's retarded.
