I was so impressed with the Clifford system that I purchased one myself off of Ebay and will install this week. I'm going with every bell and whistle the alarm has to offer so the install will be complicated. (Dual zone motion detectors, Dual zone shock sensors, Tilt sensor, Glass Break sensor, Window roll up/down module, channel expander (adds additional channels for remote operation of vehicle accessories), Alarm battery backup, Battery backup siren, Remote start, Etc... Oh, and the factory alarm will remain enabled.

I plan on taking a bunch of pictures during the install and will post. The basic alarm / remote starter can be had for around $250. From what I've read, this is the best system on the market. Oh, and I was quoted $400 total for the alarm and installation by a local shop but I decided to do it myself to keep cost down.

If you figure out how to install the window modules for up and down function around the OEM system PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! I am looking forward to looking at your pics..

Thanks in advance
Anthony
