I tow a 27' trailer, but heavy - 6700lbs dry. One thing to keep in mind in the tongue weight. Our trucks are rated at 1000lbs (about 20% safety cushion). You'll need an equalzing bar tow setup, probably 1000lbs bars. If you're buying new, the dealer should set all this up for you. Pay attention to "link drop" on the bars. You'll need an electronic brake controller - Tenoshia (sp?) makes pretty good ones. If your trailer has disc brakes, you'll need a controller made for these, otherwise, any controller is good. The more you spend, the more features. Have fun trailering!!
