Cal, the short answer is...I don't know because I didn't ask.
I know what you're thinking, that the truck I'm looking at was built months ago, and they are anxious to get rid of it. One thing I do know is that the salesman told me that he could tell that they've only had the truck for a couple months based on the stock number. The only reason I asked him that was because I did a "finger nail" test of the spray-in bed liner, and I was a bit concerned as to how soft it was with the sun shinning down on it (I could make an impression with my nail in the liner, but it returned to normal when I stopped pressing). I had read on here that some of the bedliner problems may have been attributed to early production models.
Anyway, this is the only truck that has the features I want within a 200-mile radius of here. The price is reasonable based on other offers I've received, plus I can get 2% financing with it. I've got to make a decision soon or risk losing it.
