The new brakes will do the trick if they are properly designed. I have an '04 SE and I had the brake judder issue in '07. I so I replaced the stock rotors and pads with DBA 4000 Gold rotors (crossed drilled and slotted) and some EBC Greenstuff brake pads. But EBC, Stillen, DBA, PowerStop are all good rotors. key words are cross-drilled AND slotted ( for better cooling). you want both features.

I have driving 30k since the job with no problems. just make sure you brake in the new pads properly. search the forum for instructions.
