no expert, but im pretty sure youd have to replace the entire seats. putting in the center section with the armrest would mean taking out the center console you have and putting the entire middle section of the bench seat since its a 40/20/40 bench. and that would also mean replacing the driver and passenger seat since the armrests on yours wont fit with the bench seat middle section. you might be able to rig up the big armrest in, but it would look awful IMO with the center console still in your truck.
