Is there a specific distance I should park away from a wall and then measure up a certain height or is it just a guessing game? I could have the dealership check them according to "spec's" but I don't really have that much extra time to waste.
I am sure that you can find information on how to "measure" your headlight aim, but it certainly isn't a waste of time to have it done with the proper equipment. You will be happier with the results if it is done right. It makes a big difference on your visibility if they are aimed correctly.
I would think that you could find someone besides the dealer to check and/or adjust the aim for you...if that is more convenient. However, the dealer may do it for nothing if you complain about it.
