Does anyone have any documentation from Nissan regarding the brake warranty? I initially went in to have the issue fixed at 20k and it is now happening again at 35k. I spoke with the service department and although they told me initially that they had replaced the rotors and pads, I find that they actually lied. Someone else looked it up and stated that all they did was resurface the rotor.

Should I contact Nissan regarding this?
