I just picked up my 2007 Nissan Titan from the dealership (SERVICE DEPT.) 4/09/2009 for the same problem. Vibration felt on steering wheel when brakes are applied. But, they didn't lie to me about the job that was done, which was they turned the rotor too.
I guess it's really hard to find an Auto Dealership or Service Dept. that you would really trust.
