Should I contact Nissan regarding this?

I don't have the documentation handy but I believe all brake work was covered for 3 years OR 36K miles...whichever comes first. It looks like your dealer did the same as mine and only did what was needed to to meet one of the milestones. In my case that was 3 years with only ~28K and the 3rd brake job! When they quoted me $600 to do the fronts that was the end for me. I did it myself with aftermarket parts which IMO are better than stock anyway, and for half the cost. When I did my own brakes I also discovered that I never did get the upgraded rotors...they just kept turning them until the 3 years was up and replaced pads. I called Nissan to complain and try to recoup some cost and they put you through a long drawn out process that goes nowhere. I want to like Nissan but as much as I like my Titan (I don't know why whit all the problems I've had) this has been one of the worst vehicle ownership experiences I have ever had.
