Don't forget the white faced gauges is also supposedly exclusive to the Pro4X. I think that all the other differences were covered. If you don't need/desire/want any of these things then just get the LE and put some better suspension components under it and call it yours. The only reason I bought a Pro4X is that I wanted the painted bumpers and stuff with the white faced gauges and rear locker. The Rancho shocks are just a gimmick really. ooh ooh It has Rancho Shocks!!! Awesome!! I plan on changing those when I have the funds to do it.
