Let me do a quick check here. My impression is that if you have a "little tow" Dana 44 (2004 Titan XE) like me, you can do a straight swap in with the "big tow" ring and pinion gears... and have the dealer reflash the ECU. I'm guessing the 3.73 gears are a custom job by a place like Hoopers.
