I know i am about 5 years to late on answering this post but i had the same issue that was initially stated. I brought the truck in about 5 times and the nissan techs couldnt figure it out. On the 6th time i brought the truck in i had them purge and flush out the tranny. Got the truck back and it was gone. No more clunking when coming to a stop. have the transmission flushed and see if it keeps happening.
