My driverseat armrest has cracked too... (04 Leather 91,000 miles) I haven't done anything about it yet.. I noticed before it cracked that the leather (not the foam under it) where my arm usually rests is harder than the remaining leather on the armrest... I had an idea to swap the passenger and driver arm rests, and flip them (have to to bolt them back on). But haven't tried it yet.....I'm on vacation all week with no travel plans...so I might attempt it this week.
