You can fix the A/C drain cheaper than what the dealer will charge. I fised mine like this:

All they are going to do with the rear suspension is spray lube on it.
Since your Titan is out of warranty you will have to pay to have any TSB done, Recalls are the only things the dealer will do for Free.
