The 1.5 inch PRG kit should work great for you. The front won't be higher than the rear unless you go with the 2 or 2.5 inch kit. The 1.5 inch kits were made specifically for the 08 or newer Titans because they come from the factory with less rake than older models. My advice is to go with the 1.5 inch kit unless you want some kind of mini lift.
