Just to update this thread with hopefully some useful information. I have been hunting for this clunk for several weeks, and have had my front left wheel off about 4 times re-tightening everything with no luck. The noise keeps getting worse almost daily, and I was getting pretty frustrated. So, yesterday I was replacing front brake pads, and I remembered a thread about lower control arm bushings that go bad, so I decided to look at those. They I remembered that I had an alignment done after my level kit, and they had to install the alignment cams. So just out of curiosity I reached down and put a wrench on my alignment cam bolts and what do you know.... My rear cam bolt was about two turns loose. I re-tightened and the washer spun as I turned the wrench, so now I am going to take it back to the alignment shop and have them recheck it.
Get back in the truck, and no clunk anymore.......
