Re: Clunk after levelling kit

I just recently installed a 2" NCD level kit and now I have a minor clunk on both sides. I do have coil bucket contact when the suspension is fully extended, but I am getting the clunk while hitting minor bumps and taking hard turns. It does not happen consistently as well, some bumps I do not get it at all, others I do. It also seems to happen more if I am turning.

Now when I installed my spacers I had to spin the shocks 180 degrees and now my spring step is on the inside. Could this be the issue? I just do not feel like I am hitting stuff hard enough to fully extend the shock and get the coil bucket contact.

I have pulled both wheels and inspected everything and everything is tight and I can not find any rub marks on anything. I did also have an alignment where they installed the alignment bolts and washers. Everything seems fine there as well, but I am thinking about taking it back to the shop and have them inspect it. The few miles I drove before my alignment I did not notice the clunk.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
