Just got back from the seal replacement, I had done the mod approx 10 months ago, they don't replace just the seal at my dealership, the put a whole new axle in the left drivers side on my 06. They said that they had been doing just the seal but it comes back to them in 10K miles or so anyhow, so not sure if it is Nissan's doing with a whole axle change but they did that on mine.
