Honestly....you could grab any off the shelf liquid cleaner wax or 1 step product.

Either Maguire's or Mother's ....The cleaner types will give you a mild abrasive that should lift the oxidation off without being too difficult to control.

If you don't see the desired results after the first pass.....hit it again till you do. Finish it off by buffing your wax on and off....You'll be fine.
