If this was the actual verbage used, "''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' Then it is a Hate crime and an organized crime by default for being a gang activity. Having a handgun or otherwise would have only escalated this problem, and likely ended with Four Victims deceased, not injured.

Using racial slurs is being prosecuted more and more as the Hate Crime that it is. Not nearly enough have been sent to the needle for people to figure out it is not a joke. I am more than a little miffed at the Houston Crime Lab being so sloppy that they have singlehandedly dropped the death toll here in Texas. We used to have a Drive-Thru service for the needle. Need to get it re-paved and back in full swing.

Oh, and No I am not going to ever be persuaded to believe that someone who commits an act against humanity so vile that they can be put to death will ever serve enough time on my dime to justify it. HANG'EM All.
