Although in many cases that's true, does that somehow justify unconstitutional legislation that would prosecute criminals differently based on subjective standards depending upon what they were thinking or whether they had feelings of hate during a crime vs someone who loved the person they killed, raped or beat the piss out of?
would you you care to explain to me why it's anything more than a feel good, yet really bad idea because I honestly can't think of a logical argument to justify laws that make any types of feelings, thoughts or speech a crime?
