I have not had the opportunity to pimp out the Titan yet.But the best thing I have ever done to a vehicle (ChevyTahoe) was to put dual 14" electric fans and 165degree thermostat. Aside from exhaust this was the best and highly recommended. The same truck I've installed headers,CAI,throttle body spacer(garbage),PowerProgrammer,Mass flow air sensor blablabla...another good thing rear end swap (this 1 is a little pricey) I judge on "seat of pants"feel. just my 2 cents...out
