My dealer replaced the front pads, calipers, torque members/bolts and sliding pin kit, and machined and turned the rotors yesterday. According to a post in another thread, "according to the tsb rotors are only changed if they are too thin when they are measured" so I guess your rotors were too thin. Mine work great again....
