All you really need then is to weld a bolt head to an oblong piece of metal, the width of which drops into the channel, when rotated 90 degrees the length of which engages the lips of the channel. Drill (4) holes in the bottom of the tool chest, and drop it over the threads. Use wing nuts to secure the chest.
