I ordered a volant last week from an online source. I paid a little extra to get it 2 day air. I called the next day to get tracking number and found out that the source I bought it from ordered from volant and once it got to them they then would then send it out, didnt sound like 2 day air to me. Here is where the good news comes in:
I then hung up and called Joe at Volant. Joe personally removed my CAI heading to this online source and then DROVE it to UPS himself and sent it out 2 day air to me. If that isnt customer service I dont know what is. At same time it makes me feel very comfortable that if I have any other problems he WILL make it right.
