Everyone involved in "Auto Theft" knows about aftermarket alarms and are not detered from attempting to defeat them, via the valet switch, for a few moments search. If they can take your vehicle elsewhere that is when your vehicle will be stripped!

That system is RARELY used today on remote start systems. We have been a Viper dealer for 15 years and in the last 3-4 years they have gotten away from using the 555u (key box) with newer and better bypass modules...
