I have been a Nissan owner (Nissan's & Infinity) for close to 20 years. I went through the VPP program. We went to 4 other dealerships (2 in MA and 2 in NH). We received less than what I would consider VPP service. Little effort to find the vehicle that we wanted. Few returned calls. The calls received were to discuss vehicles that did not match our specifications. I even went to the dealership that I bought my previous King Cab from and told the sales manager that I would have never believed that I would have to chase a car salesman. The folks @ Port City really worked for us. Christina in the office called every day with an update on their vehicle search. We really liked a SE 4x4 that they had on their lot, however we didn't like the interior and exterior colors. We told the folks to find one with the same packages, at the same, price, with the colors that we wanted and we had a deal. The vehicle was found within 2 days and two days later I drove it home. Nate and Ron were attentive and thorough. When the vehicle was delivered, we noticed that one of the bed options was different from the other model (a bed tray instead of an extender). "No problem", they would swap it out w/no cost differences. My wife is threatening me about going back and buying a 350Z from Port City.
